I had a very strong feeling that I had cancer. The tumors were easy to feel but similar to other breast issues I'd had before that were nothing. Not this time.

As I was getting sonogram, the hotshot radiologist so arrogantly announced, “Well, I have good news and bad news. Good news is you got your mammogram, the bad news is you have cancer.” Just like that. Heartless. I was so shocked I couldn’t respond. Left the appointment and cried all the way home.

Today, March 4th 2021, I celebrated my seven year cancerversary. Seven years ago was my final chemo treatment. The staff at the cancer clinic , I, and my husband celebrated with a big cake and was presented with a certificate of completion. I know how blessed I am to still be NED all these years later.
