You NEED to discuss this with your urologist. She or he will give you options and recommendations, depending on how wide-spread it is and how advanced.
Wide spread - out of 12 biopsy points, how many were cancerous (in my case, 10 of 12)? How advanced - what is the "Gleason Score?" Higher numbers are more advanced (in my case 7 - 4+3)
