Hi Hon... Hate to see you give up even though I know you must be tired. Have you tried "black seed oil"? It has to be from Egypt, Lebanon or Saudi where it is wildcrafted. The stuff from India & China is cultivated and ir just isnt the same. It shrinks tumors. Not a curative but 60 odd peer reviewed studies have shown that it works. Nature doesnt have a magic bullet. She takes time which I know you may or may not have. If you can shrink the tumors, you will have more time .. for guanabana, AHCC, Chaga, and more.

I wish for you a personal little miracle.

I think I have read, but am not sure, that one of the side effects of estrogen blockers are secondary cancers. If you are taking one I would go to the library and review a book called Physician's Desk Reference to determine if it is. It contains information only about medications. I think I read that it does cause secondary cancers on Medscape, a site for medical professionals that I subscribe to as I am a Licensed Practical Nurse. I have learned much about cancer from reading the articles and the comments doctors make.

Tex, I would never suggest giving up hope -- you are strong, and you can do this if anyone can. But in light of your recent post about not shying away from talk of dying, I wanted to share something with you. In my local paper today, an obituary shared this statement from the deceased: "Never say that I lost my battle with cancer. I am not a loser, I am a winner. I won when I received the ultimate gift of healing and am now in heaven. Never say you 'lost' me. I will always be with you."

RE: Your comment about the price of meds.
They just came out with a new stomach IBS D med for prevention of diarrhea, spasms, intestinal seizures, $1250 and up with a coupon. Patients on Medicare can't get any company assistence-only those under 65 can get the first month free, and discount for following months.

My old med with belladonna that cost 45 cents a pill to make was 'taken' just before Christmas. Also this has been expensive for me-trying to find a different med. I'm sure that ER and specialists visit broke lots of people's banks. I'm thinking that this was to cause the frail to die from diarrhea, that way it reduces the chance of adverse effects. I'm also thinking that by keeping this new med from older people that it also will keep patients from dying or having bad side effects that would ruin the company's reputation.

    Good luck on Friday.
Grand babies are always a great way to take your mind away from worries. I spent most off the day with my 2 grand daughters and I simply can't get enough of them.
    Keep us informed.

Hi, sunmmer 2013. I had strep for 5 months. Nobody would run a strep test. I was so short of breath it wasn't funny. Everyone just ignored me- told me that I was lying about being awake for one or three hours. Finally one doctor said it was dry mouth, and I was a quitter, etc. I spit a big goober in my hand- they did a strep test. I left with Amoxicillin and a 3 week follow-up. It's taken forever for me to recover from that. Something goes wrong- and it's like an egg shell broke, and fatigue floods in on me. I get a sinus infection and it takes forever to fight my way out-yet my labs are great. I've been sent to cancer fatigue clinics-- I already was doing what they said that I should do. Only I'll sleep for 18 hours after doing the exercises.

Don't know if it is unusual or not, I trusted Dr.Barrington my onc and Dr.Chyle my rad, and this was the protocol they came up with, after being diagnosed my younger sister who is a OncoPharma asked the radiologists at the clinic she works at in Mesquite the protocol and this is what they told her they would do( I faxed surgeon reports and pathology reports to her work site). Have a Great Weekend!

Is this Bull Shoals Lake in Missouri/Arkansas? If so, I live in Forsyth, Mo, which is where the lake begins. There are excellent hospitals in Springfield with satellite offices in Branson.

I just read your response to one of the ladies and you had mentioned that you had the oncotype. What was your score if you don't mind me asking. I also had an oncotype test. THanks

Hello and welcome, we are glad you found us. Please feel free to join in the conversations. Here is a link to our cancer dx page for your type of cancer. Take a look at it to get you started on some information. You will notice at the bottom of that page 4 of our active users who have had that journey already, you may wish to contact them for their experience and wisdom. Also, I encourage you to go to the questions page now by clicking on the questions tab at the top of the page and post what is the most pressing issue you have right now. This will introduce you to the community and get you started on the help you need right now.

    https://www.whatnext.com/conditions/cancer/breast-cancer

There are also subtypes listed on this page to narrow down the type of cancer to match your dx.

Also, if you can take a few minutes and fill in some details of your journey so far, it will help others as they try to answer questions for you, it also helps others as they search through the data base to find someone like themselves. Confirming your email will allow you to receive updates and notices from the site when someone answers your questions or writes on your wall.
