I was diagnosed a couple of weeks ago, but it is small (less than 2 cm) and early. It was not a huge shock because two of my mother’s sisters died of breast cancer. Early on in treatment, several years out it is minimal.

Nature of the beast, currently monitoring my intake and have had to change what I intake. I am now a vegetarian, as my body refuses red meat. Working my way to vegan, as I feel better eating this way.

Neverending, you learn to live with it. However, there are times of extreme fatigue and other times when it is so minimal you think you are finally back to normal.

Both come and go, I think it is part of the cancer itself. I have found Xanax (only when needed), deep breathing, Reiki and meditation work wonders.

Radiation | External radiation
The actual radiation procedure was rather painless, just tedious. The initial and long term side effects left much to me desired. A year or so out, I have little to no negative effects from the full body radiation.

Was receiving chemo and radiation at the same time,now just receiving chemo. When I was receiving both I was exhausted ! Now that I'm only receiving chemo, I'm so tired. I've been on chemo (Ibrance) since 10/2019.
