Nancebeth, I read that you had fat transferred to fill in the area above the implants. I am scheduled to have this done and was wondering how long it took for recovery.

Hi; I read about your headaches and the botox. I don't see how this could work but if you believe it does help hard enough, it will.

I hope you are well. I've just now been diagnosed, last week, and thought the exact same thing you did, 'how does someone tell you that you have cancer, over the phone?' So far, my preferred method of treatment has been denial. It is working well.
I'm afraid of that moment, the one you had in the shower, when you were 'ugly crying'. I'm so so sorry.
I'm so so scared.
My Darling goes to college in Melbourne, you are blessed to live near such a beautiful place, thank you for sharing...

sorry Nancy, i meant tamoxifin avastin is another med which i am taking also for 10 months so far and will stop taking it in all cases coming April

Just wanted to let you know I love your hair. That's the exact color I want, Hope I can find styling gel that will give to me.

Love the pravana purple. It's not just any purple; but pravana purple with a hint of pink highlights.

I am confused I keep seeing this finished ex yrs Ago and then diagnosed last yr does this mean u have another cancer

Congrats on your 1st birthday as a survivor - may you have many more. I like the pink hair - for the Relay For Life this past July I was captain of a team and I did my beard pink but it was the stuff that washes right out so when the temp hit 90+ degrees, it ran down the front of my shirt. Luckily our team shirts were bright pink, so it wasn't that noticible. Everyone got a kick out of it.

I checked out your blog- what an inspiration! I think your honesty and sense of humor will help alot of women going through breast cancer.

I have Invasive Duct. Carc., I'm Triple Negative, and BRCA1. Finding out I was BRCA1 Postive was what made me decide to do the Bi-lateral Masectomy with Reconstruction Tissue Expanders I'm all filled just waiting for Chemo to be done so I can start scheduling to get the implants in and then whatever else comes with that. Reading your journey I sort of had to laugh when I found my lump went to my Gyno cause I had just been there and really wasn't sure where to start and she told me Oh it's nothing Cancer just don't pop up. Hmmmm ok.

Thanks Nancebeth for your comments. How in the world did you work 10 hour days when going through chemo? (Those extra nipples help, somehow?)
