Are you still on this site? I see you have been Cancer FREE for a while now and that is AWESOME. I'm just starting my journey with Breast cancer and would love to chat with you if your still available and don't mind. Thanks so much0May 2016

Nancebeth, I read that you had fat transferred to fill in the area above the implants. I am scheduled to have this done and was wondering how long it took for recovery.0March 2014

Hi; I read about your headaches and the botox. I don't see how this could work but if you believe it does help hard enough, it will.

I hope you are well. I've just now been diagnosed, last week, and thought the exact same thing you did, 'how does someone tell you that you have cancer, over the phone?' So far, my preferred method of treatment has been denial. It is working well.
I'm afraid of that moment, the one you had in the shower, when you were 'ugly crying'. I'm so so sorry.
I'm so so scared.
My Darling goes to college in Melbourne, you are blessed to live near such a beautiful place, thank you for sharing...

Thanks for the info Nancebeth. Did you do the coloring yourself. I usually do. Was there an order or did you just do it all at once. Thanks in advance for the answer. Man, I love this site-so many things in common and ways to help people ect...kimg090January 2013

Congrats on your 1st birthday as a survivor - may you have many more. I like the pink hair - for the Relay For Life this past July I was captain of a team and I did my beard pink but it was the stuff that washes right out so when the temp hit 90+ degrees, it ran down the front of my shirt. Luckily our team shirts were bright pink, so it wasn't that noticible. Everyone got a kick out of it.0January 2013

Nancebeth,
Congratulations on completing chemo! Thank you so much for taking the time to sharing your experiences and help others. You are truly an inspiration to me and others.
I just saw you answer a question where you point to your blog. Did you know you can syndicate your blog on WhatNext? If you are interested in doing this, configure your blog so it has a RSS feed. Let me know once this is done I will walk you through the setup. It is very easy.
In the meantime - "Just do it". Have a great day.

Nancebeth, You commented that you did some research on foods that boost your immune system. I am doing the same and was wondering what foods you found that helped your immune system?0October 2012

Hi Nancebeth,
I have Invasive Duct. Carc., I'm Triple Negative, and BRCA1. Finding out I was BRCA1 Postive was what made me decide to do the Bi-lateral Masectomy with Reconstruction Tissue Expanders I'm all filled just waiting for Chemo to be done so I can start scheduling to get the implants in and then whatever else comes with that. Reading your journey I sort of had to laugh when I found my lump went to my Gyno cause I had just been there and really wasn't sure where to start and she told me Oh it's nothing Cancer just don't pop up. Hmmmm ok.0October 2012 -
Thanks Nancebeth for your comments. How in the world did you work 10 hour days when going through chemo? (Those extra nipples help, somehow?)0October 2012
