Yes, trying to clean out closets and junk drawers alot since cancer surgery last week. And watching a movie on TV while playing another on Netflix on my iPad in my lap. LOL that's silliness but it keeps me smiling.

Hi Greg. I sent a message to my ENT-with the date of the CAT, and my oncology radiologist strongly suggested that I get hold of him for tonsil area thickening. It takes about 48 hours for a response-and 3-4 weeks to get an appointment. I was told to show up on Monday-day after tomorrow to go over the options. From the way, the message was worded, I'm reading it that he wants to do a pre-emptive biopsy. I just hope that he'll give me something for the pain for a day or 2. I'm not worried about scars on me or my face. I just hate suffering. All my kids were born natural- the first one was breech-they said that I'd die. Obviously they were wrong.

Hi Greg. I hate to be so cynical, but I think that we are being scammed by connie1947. I have never heard of anyone doing what she is asking the people on this board to do and that is give her money. There are so many places she can go to get help with funeral (cremation) costs why does she ask us? We all have debts from our own cancer. Don't get me wrong, if she is truly in trouble I feel sorry for her, but there are so many cures out there now that I just can't believe she is doomed so quickly. What do you think? I think the way the people on this site (including me) handle it with grace and compassion, but no one has offered her any money. What does this site do in a case like this? Research the person to see if they truly do need help? I'd be afraid to give her money even if I had it not knowing where it will actually go. Sorry to sound off to you, but just wanted you to know in case you hadn't seen the message.

this is the 2nd visit of prep-we thought they were all done. I got a treatment today after the prep but took 1 1/2 hrs-they said it would take longer to get undressed and dressed than the treatment-obviously not and I can see that even the quick version won't be that quick-just an expression I quess. Think my husband if feeling the stress of things finally

Thx so much for your swift reply im sorry for answering on wall im still learnign how to navigate this site and having some issues doing so lol :P as for worrying well my husband has smoked a pack a day for the last 15 yrs and then stoped b4 that for several then again was a pack a day for 10 yrs he is 55 he also has been know in the past up til recently thru his life to drink a lot thats why im so concerned they say both of thoses things can cause it and make it worse he told his dr he hasnt smoked in a very long time so his dr does knoe he just stopped and went on patch 9 wks ago and is still drinking wine ive also read friend foods n spicy foods are bad is that true or do u know? sorry if in freaking out i just have been maried over a yr finally found the man of my dreams that supports me in every way as I have many health issues and need hel and support myslef also is very close with my family as he has none of his own to speak of his are not on speaking terms which i find very sad sorry im babbling wehn i am nervous i do that lol but yes we will know more after we get pet test results weds but hes so sick all the time the past month even before we knew it was cancer that makes us worry its spead :9 even if its just what they know he for sure has that is scarey enuff the radiation treatments sound very scaery with the side effects and all and he just a month ago wnet bk to wrk from a major foot op where they did a foot reconstruction and is still recooping from that from lst august and has had one set bk after another with it til he fianlly went bk to work about maybe im wrong maybe 2-3 months ago b4 that was working from home he does computer work. again ssorry to ramble n appricicate all n any help. keeping fingers crossed till weds *hugs*

Yes, I can't find it on the diagnosis chart. My doctor says, it wasn't liver cancer just carcinoid tumors in the liver.
