I am now almost a year out from radiation. But, the pain in my arm and side will not lessen. Are there any recommendations on what might help in relieving this pain? I have tried occupational therapy, heat , nothing seems to work.

The last photo I saw of the Grapevine showed it closed due to snow. I sure hope you guys didn't have any trouble with weather! I know what that's like.

Bullhead City ought to be nice and relaxing for you. Have fun!

No snow just very windy. The desert is sandier than I thought. Lol.

I had some, guess what is called, "cording" in my arm after radiation. It hurt so bad and I could barely use my arm. I had a massage therapist who really went after it, just dug into it with her fingers (it hurt!) and got the tendons to relax. Then I had warm water swim therapy. Start out very gently just to work on stretching muscles and tendons. As time went on I was able to work I out. Unfortunately, with onset of Corvid19 the pool was closed so no more of that therapy and I have suffered from losing that. Hope you can find relief.
