Spasms in my throat and upper esophagus that causes me to vomit.. I sometimes think my doctors have dismissed me because my complains are made light of Its depressing . I wonder what late side effects are head and neck cancer patients having Thank you

I’m only 4 months post treatment for tonsil and neck cancer. I have just recently got most of my taste back. I have heavy phlegm in my throat. I was very unstable on my feet until I went to physical therapy, but I fell many times injuring my lower back in a spot where I had a 5 vertebrae fusion 3 years ago. The falls have caused neuropathy from my fusion surgery in my left foot to increase drastically.0

I am 9 years post op squamous cell ca. on my left tonsil remnant. I had surgery, a partial parotidectomy with neck dissection and left tonsillectomy. My left side of neck still tingles 24-7 and is numb. I would say it’s permanent but, all the cancer was removed. I still have dry mouth especially when im sleeping so I’m always mindful to ha move a water bottle handy. I also have spasms.0

I was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer in October 2014 and received chemo, modified mastectomy and radiation. If I eat too much salt, such as binge on potato chips, I experience increased neuropathy.0
