Does anyone have any specific info about the above drug which is targeted for TNBC breast cancer. I am a two time survivor. I have not logged in here for quite some time. My good friend struggled with breast caner almost at the same time I did. Unfortunately hers has come back and her oncologist is recommending Trodelvy. Has anyone been on it? Are the side effects manageable? She is too upset to research on her own. So I am the breast cancer 'navigator'?

    I do not have any personal experience with this drug, but I have seen it discussed a lot on the web site inspire.com.     I constantly ask questions about this treatment since it is probably in my future. My onc said the main side effect is diarrhea, but people are tolerating it pretty well. I have been on Xeloda for over a year for metastatic TNBC. She said this treatment is harsher than Trodelvy. Sounds hopeful! My androgen is also very high, so Xtandi is a possibility, too. Let us know how your friend does.
