I’m thankful that right now I don’t have any big worries.0

Me too, Carool, I am thankful I do not have any big worries. I am hoping that those who do will come here and talk to us and allow us to be their support system.0

I'm thankful for my husband's cooking. I stopped picking up "take out" food during the pandemic and started doing it again recently - twice in the last two weeks. I was so looking forward to it. But both times were a disappointment and it reminded me how lucky I am that my husband cooks every night and that he's such a good cook.0

Marcie, thank you! I, too, hope that people will continue coming here for the support and information all of us can provide.0

Thanks, Bug. It’s great that your husband is a talented cook! And you know just what you’re eating.0

I wish my husband cooked. LOL He can make a good PB&J sandwich or heat some frozen pizza.
I am thankful though that he is flexible enough to allow me to order out when I have had a long day.
We were discussing starting to get Home Chef meals again. I like that they are mostly portioned for two people. We were enjoying trying some new things.
I was sort of enjoying cooking at home early in the pandemic, but by September I was so tired of my own cooking that I would have eaten just about anything as long as I didn't cook it.
Anyhow, Thankful Thursday last week was that it was the last day of the work week for me. The Heritage Golf Tournament was played on Hilton Head so I was given the day off so I wouldn't have to contend with traffic.
Thankful Thursday for this week, that I finally decided to be PRESENT even when it doesn't feel comfortable. I am thankful I decided NOT to run away and come back and enjoy the people I have come to treasure here.0 -
legaljen, I’m thankful, too, that you’re with us.

I am thankful to be alive, I am thankful for the covid vaccine, which we received in February, I am thankful that we are making real progress to cure cancer and I am thankful I have a roof over my head and food plus my family.0
