My pelvic floor therapists swear by "Slippery Stuff". Yes that's the name. They even use it in therapy. You can buy it on Amazon.0

Astroglide is good. It isn't petroleum based. Available at Walmart and online.0

I concur with MissWiz. That's what my pelvic floor physical therapists use and recommend. I suffered vaginal stenosis from radiation therapy for rectal cancer.0

Rx for estrogen cream from your gynecologist. Non-Rx products can contain ingredients not recommended for internal use. Consult your gyno or urologist is important as you’ve had cancer.0
