Vacation huh! You’re a trip! My biggest issue right now is staying warm til spring! I hate winter but I love living in it! NED again now after recent CT scan! Yay! Your good news made my heart feel warmer!0

Vacation? Ha! You just keep recovering and getting well.0

I'm with Teachertina & Bug .
If you call that a vacation ,you sure need a real one after that.0 -
My biggest issue would be missing you, at least if you would go REST! LOL. Although I found WhatNext right before I went in for my surgery, and it seems to me that I spent a lot of time playing with the website on my phone while lying in a hospital bed...0

Greg, I suggest you rethink your vacation sites, huh? I hope you go home soon.
I’m okay. Now I check WN right away rather than waiting. Want to know how you’re doing.0 -
Expensive vacation that you are on as well ,-) Glad to see your spirits are up.
Doing ok here CT scan next week for me.. so positive thoughts only.0 -
Not my kind of vacation . My husband and I just survived the stomach flu and my husband stated that he lost 7 pounds. What a way to lose weight.
It's good to hear you, Greg. Heal fast and listen to the doctor and your wife!0 -
Well, since you've been living it up at Club Med - Vandy I've completed the cycle back to reevaluation. Not that I anticipate anything showing up but always a stressful time. I had bloodwork on Wednesday. Yesterday I was away from the phone all day and came back to find three calls from the Cancer Center on my caller ID ( my voice mail doesn't work so they couldn't leave a message). Now I'm wondering what's up and did they see something noteworthy. And now I can't find out until Monday. Don't worry until you have something to worry about, right?0

Bengal, I hate when that happens (happened to me; turned out to be nothing wrong). Let us know how you are.0

Well, Carool, it did turn out to be nothing. However I am waiting to hear from scheduling for more mammography and ultrasound so not out of the woods yet.0
-
Well, it's good to see some issues are being handled and you are getting along. We all have our own demons to slay every day.0
-
Bengal, I’m glad! I’m assuming the mammo and ultrasound are just your usual tests. I hope, of course, that all turns out to be okay. These tests and waiting for results are scary.0

Wouldn't exactly say you're on vacation. But, I'm really glad you're doing so much better and hope you're home by now.
Meanwhile, I'm starting the journey of Primary Care Doctor (today), Pre-Admission testing next week and the following week, on Feb 21, they're taking a herniated disc out of my neck. I have an excellent surgeon that I fully trust, but the idea of somebody cutting into my neck still scares me.
I don't have any room to talk after all that Greg's just gone through though. As you say above, Greg, we all have out own demons to slay every day. This is my latest demon. Could be a lot worse though.0
