Hi Nicki sounds like good advise from your mums surgeon. Remember while the operation is certainly a big deal for family and friends the fact is it is done right around the world hundreds if not thousands of times every day now , and usually with positive outcomes using the tried and tested methods today.
Best wishes to your mum and you stay positive look after yourself. you can't do much if your exhausted.

I was told not to worry about night sweats after treatment if they are one every now and then, if you get three nights sweats in a row then let your doctor know.

The doctor said today after my first PET scan since April that I was in full and complete remission. Thank you Nicki for all your love and care and concern. Wishing you the best. I love that smile. I got one too!

I love you for that, Nicki, for giving Shorty a home and loving him. I had the same situation. A pitbull showed up at my house. We were blessed to have each other for 5 years,until she got sick and I had to put her down. God bless us both, and all the animal lovers in the world !!! Get well...stay strong. Zoe
