I encourage all of you to venture off to other profiles and take a look at what some of the others are going through with their battles with their type of cancer. As someone who is a survivor of stage IV pancreatic cancer now for nearly 13 years. I went to hell and back with my treatments crawling on my hands and knees every day until I could get up enough strength to stand up. I had 24/7 chemo, and radiation at the same time. I thought I was going to die. Then we did a second round of chemo, but only one day a week for 9 weeks.
I did go thru a lot...but now at least I'm in remission for the past 10 yrs. take a look at SueRae1, and her journey. At least I am done, SueRae1 is still going on, and on. Just when she thinks she has it beat...it's back! When you think you have it bad...there is always somebody who has it worse. Take a look at some of these journeys. God Bless you SueRae1...there was a reason why I got to your profile/wall, just for this reason.
My best to you and I pray for you to some how have peace of mind.

Hi jonnymartinez...I cannot tell if you are the one with pancreatic cancer or family/friend of the person with cancer. In any case I am a 12 year+ pancreatic cancer survivor. Welcome to WhatNext... the best site for information, and the best pool of cancer survivors. Like JMS said...ask us any question you would like, and we mean
"ANY." But what we need from you is your ability to defy with a passion everything that this disease tries to do to you. We need your heart and soul effort to fight this thing, and to never..never ever give up hope. Hope is the last candle fluttering in the darkness while all the others have gone out. Don't give up on the candle of hope...it needs your support to stay lit.
Best to you and your family,

I figured out how to get the writing in your wall to that of jonnymartinez...thank anyway, and bet to you.

SOMETHING TO REMEMBER!
If you are suffering from a disease, or a chronic medical condition, you may wonder if you can ever be healed. The Bible has good news for you!
While doctors and medicine are a gift of God – and He certainly uses them to bring healing – His power is infinitely greater than any human wisdom or prescription. In fact, He “is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us” (Ephesians 3:20b).
Throughout the Bible, God encourages us to call upon Him for healing. He says in Exodus 15:26b, “I am the LORD who heals you,” and we call Him “Jehovah Rapha” because He is the God of healing. Psalm 103:2-3 says, “Praise the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits – who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases.”AMEN

Dear Lord it's Friday again. How many Fridays have I faced with this cancer inside me? I've lost count. But I haven't lost my faith. Because this is the day that every thing turns around for me.
My cancer will be healed this Friday. My pain will go away this Friday. I won't feel sick this Friday.I wont be unloved this Friday. My hair will begin to grow this Friday.I won't want to vomit constantly this Friday.I will thank my doctors and the pharmaceutical companies for all their help this Friday. My family will cry with happiness, this Friday. And I will thank you my GOD for curing me of this disease. This Friday.
I will hear bells in the air and shout horay for me. My eyes open and I wake up. It's only my alarm going off thats right its Friday. I awaken Oh GOD another day with cancer. Oh well I will fight on with GOD at my side and maybe it'll soon be next Friday.the Friday that I'm cured.
