Hello Angel!!!! It's been quite some time since I've been on here. But always I think of and pray for you. I am so grateful that you are on here to help and guide and love all the new members, the newly diagnosed, the newly fearful, and even the old timers.
Wow, you have really been through it!!!! What did you end up deciding about the anestrizol? I had to stop taking it due to ferocious pain in my muscles and joints. It was to much toppled with the RA. I had a stroke in 2018, and so I too am on blood thinners and other meds due to that. So sick if side effects!!! I need to update my info on here, to include in my journey. It's just really hard for me to type with the RA.
I pray you are feeling better and that you are leaceful and hapoy.
Love, Yvette0October 2020 -

Hi, Ejourneys. I just wanted to say Hi and see how you're doing. I read your post to BoiseB. I hope your partner is doing better these days and you are okay and able to do something to care for yourself now and then. Caregiving is hard. I'm thinking of you two and looking forward to reading your posts again soon. I miss your wisdom - and your art. Hugs to you.0November 2018

Hi E. Journeys
I have not seen you posting for awhile. I assume you're very busy being politically active. You have some very interesting races in FL. I hope you are not in Michael's path.0October 2018 -
Well dropped by to see where you were Ejourney’s because I also noticed your lack of postings. Read your answer to BoiseB and I also hope your partner continues to benefit from those treatments, Just wanted you to know your helpful information and advice is missed.0October 2018

Hi Ejourneys. I just signed up on here, so forgive me if you've answered this many times before (I'm checking around but don't see where this info would be).
I noticed that your cancer and mine are about the same and we're about the same age, too. I know you did the estrogen blocking drugs. Did you have chemo, too? If so, what kind of chemo did you have and how often/how many sessions? And did you have radiation afterward? How long?
I've already had my surgery. Initially, it looked like just rads but no chemo. But the Med Oncol that I met last week surprised me with the fact that I need chemo. (I actually didn't like her at all and am seeing a new one later this week). But in the meantime, I'm wondering why she felt strongly about chemo.
My oncotype is 21 (13% chance of recurrence). Stage 1A, clear margins, clear nodes. 1.1 cm tumor. No genetic propensities. She seemed to be basing her decision just on the Oncotype. I see your number was 22 with 14%, so since we're very similar, I'm curious what your oncol had you do and how you did with it. : )
Thank you so much!0February 2018 -

Hi E. Journeys. I am asking your advice on some political action. This was in my news feed this morning
http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/us-states-to-file-new-suit-challenging-trump-healthcare-subsidy-cut/ar-AAtoUj0?li=AA4ZnC&ocid
I want to take some political action to get more states to sign on (my state is a lost cause:(.
I am writing my state's attorney general anyway. Do you have another ideas0October 2017 -
I am sorry to hear about you developing deGuervains...Steroid injections did not help and I ended up having surgery just over a year ago to release the tendon and have had no problems since...
By the way I continue to color and have just donated a bunch of books, gel pens, pencils and markers to the radiation oncology department at Dana Farber after I heard this was on their wish list. All because you got me started...I am coloring all my Christmas cards this year..found a wonderful artist "artistofthedesert" who designs the cards and I color them!
Good luck with your wrist! Grace0October 2017 -

I think I posted this on the wrong place. I'm new here. It was about what song (just for a laugh), would you like sang at your funeral - to which I responded 'always looks on the bright side of life'. Hope I haven't offended anyone here. I mean my funeral. Lol0June 2017

Ejourneys.. Over the course of those 10 years when no doctor flagged the cancer did any one of them ever say "Hey. You have a benign cyst or mass. Is it uncomfortable? Do you want us to remove it?"0May 2017
