Anyone find any good solution (shampoo?) to help with hair loss/thinning? 1.5+ years on hormone blocker and my "new" hair is getting visibly thinner.

This is a problem for sure. I am on about the same time frame as you and I, too, feel like my hair thinning is getting worse. But, there is another thing to consider. Normal hair falls out after a period of time. I think someone here said the average life span of a hair follicle is 2 -5 years. when my hair first came back I didn't *shed* at all. I could brush and brush and there would not even be one hair in my hairbrush. So now, as we are approaching two years, some of our hair may be shedding naturally to get our scalp back to its rotation schedule. Nevertheless, we also know the drug we take causes thinning hair, so no matter how much is natural, there is still this thing we have to deal with.
If you scroll down the question section to about a month ago, you will find another question like yours from a poster here, Legaljen. There is a lively discussion that follows, so you might want to look over all the advice given there.
Personally, I use Nioxin product, and my hairdresser thinks it is good. I am about to try collagen, the kind you ingest, as a supplement. I don't really have a lot of hope that it will do much, but I will post it if it does.0
