Anyone with MBC experienced Afinitor with Exemestane? I am looking for “what to expect” and “how to manage” side effects.

    I'm so sorry that I have not had any experience with those meds. That's a question that your Oncologist or his nurse should go over with you in detail. Don't hesitate to ask them.

    Same here. The nurses are usually the best source for the side effects questions. They are the ones by your side when you have them. Sometimes the docs are very good about telling you what to expect too, but my experience has been mostly with the nurses. Try not to get too much info from websites that will give you nightmares! Wishing you well. Keep us posted on how you’re doing.
