They are there, but the glitch makes it not be visible to you. We should have this corrected Monday or Tuesday at the latest. In the meantime, to not miss anything, just go to your home page and scroll through your feed. Sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience.

So, what do you all have going on over the weekend, or what are you dreading coming up this week?

It's been a relatively quiet weekend. My husband and I went and got new sneakers for our upcoming trip to Walt Disney World. I know some may think we are crazy, but with my husband being a military retiree, we do get really good rates at the Shades of Green hotel on Disney property and we get fantastic ticket prices. With the parks being on a "reservation system" they are controlling the crowds in the parks at 30-40% occupancy and many of the high demand rides have very short waits if any waits. We have lots of masks and hand sanitizer. The hotel is only operating at 40% capacity as well. We had the trip planned since last October. This is, hopefully, our reward for making it through this year.
What I look forward to this coming week is having a week to catch up on things that my boss has left half done and having the time to bring some projections to fruition. What I dread this week is the many calls I will probably get about why he's "never" in the office. For goodness sakes, he's 82 years old and he wants to enjoy his life a little bit. I am lucky he hasn't kicked the bucket, but he's going to live forever I think. He's can be frustrating but he's been really good to me and patient with me about appointments throughout this whole thing. I wasn't sure he would let me go on this vacation since I had so much time off recuperating after my surgery. He said "That's sick time. There is nothing you could do about that. I'm just glad you've been so fortunate. You deserve a vacation between putting up with me and dealing with cancer."
His age is catching up with him for sure and some days I wonder how many he has left, but he keeps on keeping on.

Good for you, @legaljen1969!!!! Living life is really, really important and I'm really happy to see that you and your husband are embracing it. Have a fabulous time! Take pictures and keep us updated on how it is going! I bet you have more fun than ever before with the much smaller crowds!! Sounds like the PERFECT time to go to me!!

We spent a good amount of time at Cedar Point Amusement Park in Ohio. We would stand in line for hours for a 3 minute ride. That was in the1990s. I wouldn't go to one now if it was free. Donna says I'm turning into a "crotchety old man". That's OK by me....and HEY, YOU KIDSS GET OFF MY LAWN".
