Greg, I read your article in the blog. I admire you so much. Heck, we all do. I have to confess that I cried all the way through it. I know that you are not sharing for pity but I feel so badly for all you have encountered since your first diagnosis. I honestly don't feel that I could handle everything as you do. I know what you are going to say - "you gotta do what you gotta do". And that is so true. Anytime I get into a pity party mood I will pull up your post and again realize who fortunate I am. Thank you for sharing.0

Thank you for your kind words Andreacha, and you are right, I do what I gotta do. This morning was the first of these treatment mornings that reminded me of chemo 32 years ago when I just dreaded going in for it. I didn't want to do it. I'm sore, tired, feel like I've been hit by a truck, the belly pain from this incision is about the worst pain that I've had in all the procedures I've ever had done.
But, realistically, what is the other choice? I'm not ready for that one yet, so I'll scrape up the strength when I don't think I have any left and drag myself to the treatment center.
Luckily, most of my problems are stemming from the surgery to put in this Gtube, not from the treatments. So once I recover from the surgery, I hope that the rest of them go as well as the first one, and so far, today is shaping up to be a good treatment. I'm afraid to jinx it, but so far I have no issues associated with the treatments today.
If you get some encouragement out of my writings and updates, then I am doing my job. I do not share to shine any sort of light on myself, it's the opposite. I want people to look at me and say if that knucklehead can keep surviving then so can I!0
