Good information. Ms. Jane and I were talking about the ever changing information that comes out every day about this and how we could address it. We have a blog post today that is just "Today's Information". Tomorrow, it might change. Here is our piece that Ms. Jane put together for us>> http://bit.ly/2IwLLQ2

I asked both my MO and primary care doc. Both said that my having had cancer--w/o chemo, immunotherapy, or HER2 "targeted" therapy--more than a year ago does not immunocompromise me--and neither does Prolia (despite its being a "biological" drug). My risk factors are age (69) and asthma (usually triggered by infections). So it's safe to go shop, vote, attend concerts in small venues (theaters, not arenas), dine out (not sharing tables with other parties), and go to the gym (wearing gloves for shared equipment, spraying & wiping before & after each "station"). But air travel? Nope. Especially not to NYC or CA (our Bar Assn. cancelled the upcoming continuing ed. trip to San Diego. As for movies, we'll stream at home.

Just wash hands--often. (Don't forget lotion afterward if your skin is dry, since broken skin is a gateway to germs). Soap & water is better than bleach or hand sanitizer. If you can't find the latter for when you go out, make your own out of 3 parts alcohol >60% (rubbing, "overproof" booze >120 proof, such as 160 proof rum, 192 proof Polish vodka or--better yet, Everclear) to 2 parts pure (no dyes or alcohol) aloe vera gel plus (optional) a few drops of the scented oil of your choice. If using the almost pure-alcohol stuff like 192 proof, top up with 1 part distilled water. Keep a little bottle of it with you whenever you go out in case you have no access to soap & water.

And those of us (raises hand) with spring allergies--especially pollen-sneezing or a runny nose when coming in from the colder outdoors--need to reassure others that we're NOT infectious. Wearing a mask would only freak them out worse.
