Not for cancer, but I'm taking Ruxolitinib (Jakafi) to control transplant rejection issues (chronic-Graft-versus-Host-Disease) that generally follows allogeneic bone marrow/stem cell transplantation. I have a running joke with one of the pharmacists at SCCA where I'm treated: When I see him, I ask, "Anything new I haven't tried yet?"0

Oh, if you are asking about NSCLC, then I think Opdivo is the current drug of choice. There may also be others, but check with some research foundations for newer treatments and clinical trials.
