    I don't remember having to wear anything special after getting my permanent implants. I did have drains, again, so that limited what I could wear. I don't feel that mine have sagged though.

    My niece has implants after bilateral mastectomy. Has been close to 2 years.....no issues w sagging. I’ve also read sagging is less of a problem w implants bc they are unlike breast tissue which is affected by age and gravity. I have also read that some women go bra less after implants.

    I had a double mastectomy 14 years ago, and elected to have reconstruction with saline implants. I have not worn a bra since - no sagging. When I need to look for positives in my breast cancer journey, that is the first thing I think of. Going braless is less restrictive and has also allowed me to wear certain styles in clothing I’d never been able to wear before. Best of luck to you!!
