Sounds great, but......I can't walk more than 1 block without a walker (or grocery cart), no uphills, can't get up & down from the floor, and my hands are really bad, & I get out of breath way too easily.
I sound like an old lady don't I? And this is from a former athlete... I used to be a swimmer. I had no problem hiking, biking, and paddling our kyack, now, I am lucky if I can walk around the grocery store. So I will look at their web site & check things out, it sounds like a thing I would enjoy, but I have severe limitations anymore.

I used coconut oil and it really helped stop the itching. I found it on Amazon and it worked much better than any moisturizer. After my last chemo treatment this past April, I began taking Biotin 10,000 units per day. Excellent for hair re growth. Good luck!

I must admit, I like MI better than Ohio, it is a beautiful state, really! I was on a beach up north on Lake Michigan & I swore I was in Florida---- pure white sand, sky blue water & fat gulls all over. Then I jumped in the water, and immediately turned blue!

Wow, what can one say about the fury of Mother Nature? I feel rather helpless since I live 1500 miles away from all the damage.
I just can't imagine how I would feel & deal if I lived in FL. or TX.
But I suppose that our government is helping out!!!! I did see that good-for-nothing Pres. & his spike heel wearing floozie kissing babies in FL.

Kathy, I'm so sorry to have fallen off face of the earth! I miss you and our specialties! I have been diverted and overwhelmed with an increasingly sick parent. I am staying in another city in a hotel caring for my father who has now been moved from a hospital to a rehab unit. My sister and I have been trading weeks and during the weeks that I am home I am overwhelmed with getting my bills paid, maintaining the house, and trying to justify my existence at work. I received the Stevia. Thank you! It is so difficult to stay on any kind of self care program in this state of exhaustion and with the limited resources available around to meet here. Hey Geekling. In one of your responses to the Are Republicans trying to kill us, you mean the disemboweling of Kucinich. Did you mean Kucinich or Kasich? Both are Ohioans. Just curious. Kasich for a Republican isn't quite as ruthless as some. He was on Real Time w/Bill Maher on Friday and really did well. And I'm not even all that fond of him as my governor...
