Ron I was thinking about you this morning and wondering how you are doing. Have they come up with a plan for you yet? Give us an update.

You said if the liver mets were stable, they would operate. I was just checking in to see how that is going Also, I wondered, when you were first diagnosed, did they mention anything to you about ever getting the mets in your liver removed? They have not said anything to my dad, and I was wondering if they just wait and see or they would have said something in the beginning.

Hi Ron! thanks for "fitting" my profile!! I'm brand new to this, and we just found out about my B-I-Law's rectal cancer, but his must not be advanced as yours, stage wise. Please post what point you are at, are you getting a second opinion, what is happening right now?

Welcome! We can help you as you go through this journey. What is happening with your treatment? Why the delay? Colon cancer is beatable but you and your team need to strike. You are young, you will do fine!

Do not be discouraged!! Colon cancer cells seem to live the liver. I was in your exact spot two years ago. I'm still doing treatments but they have been manageable. I can imagine you are scared, we've all been there. Hit me up if you have any questions about chemo, side effects, or whatever! Fight the good fight and do NOT give up!! There are a bunch of great people in this site and we all want to encourage you and build you up! You will be in my prayers!!

There was a typo... CC is very attractive to the liver. They like to take up residence there!! It's very common in our circles! My friend's liver looked like Swiss cheese, it was so full but she is in remission now. Hope on!!
