While these may not be the most traditional quotes one might think of for an inspiring or motivating quote, I found both to be very pertinent to my journey.
1 "Silence isn't empty. It's full of answers."
2. "Never announce your moves before you make them. Move in silence and shock them with your success."
I had a LOT of silence and time spent waiting since I had my surgery just before COVID shut down the world. I found answers for responding to my disease and answers on being patient and faithful in my recovery.
I also found that if I told people what I was doing there was always someone who was a naysayer and told me that wasn't the right way to do things or they didn't have the same experience. I was confident with my care team from the very beginning. I spent a lot more time telling what I had DONE than what I was going to do.

Love these, Jennifer! They are a good reminder that sometimes we just need to sit with our thoughts and feelings, to take time to make a plan. Everyone's path is different, and none of them are wrong! We need to protect and care for ourselves in whatever way works for us. Thanks for sharing!
