Even though it sounds trite (and almost all quotes do sound that way at some point)-

"Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end. "
Sometimes "okay" doesn't look like we envision it will. Sometimes "okay" is letting go of our own version of resolution and accepting something a little different.

I think most of us think "Okay" looks like a benign biopsy and a remission. That's the hope and the best case scenario for everyone, but I don't know anyone that was ever more "okay" in the end that our Greg that we all knew and loved. He knew he was at peace even though his "okay" didn't look so "okay" to many of us.

    Here are a few more

Cancer is a chapter in your story. It is not your whole story."

The human spirit is stronger than anything that can happen to it.

Never be ashamed of a scar. It means you were stronger than whatever tried to hurt you.

Cancer is an ugly disease, but the beauty of life after cancer is worth fighting for.

When you have exhausted all possibilities, remember this. You haven't. - Thomas Edison

I had cancer. Cancer never had me.
