Spring 20021 Radiologist suggested surgery after last PET/CT scan showed recurrence. Met w/ ent surgeon who wanted to slice & dice. I chose NOT to do surgery. The "possible" side effects might be some loss of motion in right arm and I am WAY TO ACTIVE (swimming 3000yds/day, surfing, yoga, all around VERY active to take that risk of arm use loss! Nope, notta chance!

So off to seek alternative options LIKE Alpha Dart Technology bu Alpha Tau Medical!!! Still in clinical trials and very limited treatment opportunities. BUT, for me ADT IS the next route, hopefully SOON! Started Keytruda 400mg dec 2020 every 6 weeks. So far recurrence back in neck tumor has not responded. Hopefully soon!
