After his first round of combo immunotherapy (Opdivo & Yervoy), my husband developed Grade 3 drug induced pneumonitis. This resolved with steroid treatment, but meant he could no longer take the combo treatment. The one treatment alone, however, has stimulated his immune system enough to have shrunken the tumour in his lung down to half its original size at diagnosis.
