I kind just sat silent the first week, crying. I heard cancer and I am like not me! My family history has things to do with the heart...no one in my family has ever had cancer. Of course I thought the why me, but then thought about the little ones who get this.

    Hi Dawn71. You are not alone. I too was just diagnosed with Anal Cancer. I just started treatments today. I am blessed with a great support system here in my 55plus community and my family. I hope and pray you have a good support system. Hang in there girl. We've got this! Pleases keep in touch and let me know how you are doing.
