Hand foot syndrome. Mood changes. Mouth sores. Weight gain. Tiredness.

    Yes, Mary. I hear you, loud & clear. The Zometa puts you right back into menopause, like we needed it after 20 years of being over it. My hot flashes are so severe that I'm almost sick. Everyone has learned to just give me space until I get my bearings. I hear you about the weight gain. Dr. told me from onset it would be a battle. I'm doing real good watching the calories, but the salads are giving my INR count a fit. Exercise is the key & the thing I hate most.
