My chemotherapy treatment is with gemcitabine and cisplatin along with dexamethasone I do have really bad hot flashes when I take the dexamethasone but other than that the nausea I had for years so I'm use to that and my oncologist prescribed zofran and it helps, I had very thick hair it is thin now but I'm not worried about that.
