I'm also on a bone strengthening drug once a month. April took me a little longer to bounce back (nearly a week). Like you 2 - 3 days was down. Hopefully, May will be a breeze. Daughter said I could have experienced some depression. So, I've quit watching the news & get it on line from the station. I can read what I want. Learned how to use video chat. Being isolated can get to you. Now, I'm learning the rules for this.
