No answers? I think you are speaking of Apalutamide, also known as Erleada. It is a rather new drug, being approved in 2018. Thus, the number of users may still be somewhat limited. Here is a link to information about the drug, its effects, mechanism of action and side-effects.

Well, wouldn't you know it! Just after posting the above, I received a video on a study relating to the long-term responses to Erleada. It is the next generation of drug, so the fact that your husband is on it is a very good sign for him, and for the oncologist who chose the drug for him. it is directed at physicians, but should be comprehensible.
