All of us cancer patients have probably seen something advertised that will cure our cancer.

Either a book that wants to tell us how to eat to prevent, or cure if you already have cancer, for only 49.95, or websites that claim that eating this fruit or that herb will do the same. Now I am seeing scams popping up that have similar claims to prevent the covid-19 virus. Please don't fall for this crap! There is nothing out there that will prevent this, do not throw away your good money. I even saw a televangelist selling a can of some liquid that he was claiming would cure it. I also saw that he has been taken off the air.

Also beware of other scams going on right now. We have one circulating here where people get calls claiming they are the IRS or Social Security and they need you banking information in order to deposit your Federal stimulus check! Another is someone claiming to be collecting money for the Red Cross. Like Bobs said, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS STUFF. And NEVER give banking or credit card info over the phone.

I saw that story about the televangelist selling something called "silver something" that says on the can it will cure the coronavirus. It just shows you that some people will stop at no ends to steal a few dollars from you. Please don't fall for these.

Now there are even scammers asking for your banking info so that they may "deposit" your Covid-19 stimulus check. Right. These people do not sleep!

If they would put as much work into actually doing a job, or inventing something, or being creative with something that isn't stealing, they could make a good living. But that would be too easy I guess.
