So it has been awhile since I posted about my husband. Well last year he was in clinical trial and had no blood transfusions for over a year. Just recently in the last 4 weeks he has had 8 pints of blood. He had abdominal aortic aneurysm, double pneumonia and two not one grandmall seizures. He has had it very rough. His immune system is shocked to say the least but he is still fighting. Now we have to worry about this corona virus and his oncologist wants him to do a bone marrow biopsy because they feel he might have gone into leukemia. Do we do it I ‘m so afraid for him.

Sorry for his turn of events. When I can't quite figure out what to do I usually trust my doctors. If I have trusted them to guide me through everything for years then I'm going to trust them for my next problem. I hope they do good things for him.
Also, we had a tech glitch on the site for a couple of days and this question was buried. I'm sure some of the others might have thoughts on it now. I wish you both the best!0 -
Talk to your oncologist about your fears. We don't know how long this is going to last. If your husband has developed leukemia, it would probably not be in his best interest to not receive treatment.0

I agree. If his doctor is recommending this I think I would go for it. These as very scary times by we still have to continue to DEAL with other health issues.0

Thank you for the responses. He did biopsy on Tuesday and today we got the call come back for results, this was fast. Going Tuesday for the result, please pray that this has not gone into leukemia.
Thank yo for the responses.0
