Hi Netra. How are you feeling now that you are all sewn up again? Doing better? Hope so!0July 2013

Oh and by the way this system has twice written me off. My current expiration date is Sept 20150July 2013

Just checking in How are you doing? Do you have enough help at Home? I just got the forms for financial aid today. I need to get a painkiller to start the paperwork They should enclose a bottle of tynol in the forms packet. Hang in there. You are still on my prayer list0July 2013

I advise you to threaten to go out of the system. I have done that and all of a sudden they are finding all sorts of studies and alternate procedures. Of course I did go out of the system for my first cancer. Wow what an adventure that was Also I have friends who are being treated at the other hospital and they are delighted by their treatment. So if you are not satisfied go for it.0July 2013

Glad to see you are home. Just take it slow. I found the interior healed more slowly than the exterior incisions.0July 2013

Hi Netra. Just stopping by to see how you're doing. Still in the hospital? If so, you at least get the good drugs an room service. I do hope you are feeling stronger. As 'they' say, this too shall pass. Of course, I don't know who 'they' are or why they say that... Virtual hugs!0June 2013

Hi Netra,
Hope you are healing well and feeling better each day now that surgery over. So sorry to learn that there was an unexpected complication. Sending prayers for healing your way.0June 2013 -
Hi Netra-I'm sorry that your here, but I'm happy that you found this fantastic group. You have more important things to worry about right now than your hospital bills. Most hospitals have programs to cover this sort of thing. All you need to think about now, is you. For those days when you are not too steady by yourself, remember, we are here for you. For everyone you meet here, you will get 2 shoulders to lean on, 2 ears for 24/7/365 listening and 1 heart to care. For now I send you love, {{{{{{hugs}}}}}} and prayers.0June 2013

netra the Dr.s will not let you go home unless you have someone to take care of you. You can go to a Skilled Nursing Facility. Most insurances pay for a few weeks at a skilled nursing facility. Again is some cases Medicaid sometimes kicks in when insurance doesn't cover I was three weeks in an excellent Skilled Nursing Facility.0June 2013

Netra, Let us know how you are doing. Have you met the surgeon? When will your surgery be? Are you walking? My surgeon said to walk as much as possible before, that it would help my recovery.0June 2013

netra I just noticed that we are neighbors. I didn't notice this before I posted. It may be possible that you are having surgery at the same hospital that I had surgery. I want to assure you that my case is very very complicated and my surgeon was very much prepared. I was in the hospital for five days preparing for the surgery.0June 2013

I had difficulty sleeping after the news of my cancer diagnosis and I think I know how you feel. I was happy to find this site and viewed it daily. I believe other cancer patients bring the most comfort because they can relate to the disease and we share a very similar journey.
Hope we can all help you get through this.
I am thinking good thoughts for you.0June 2013 -

Hi Netra. Welcome to What Next. There are lots of great people here. I was diagnosed w/stage IV B endometrial cancer in July 2012 and completed chemo in January. I know you are still quite new to your diagnosis. Please ask questions as you need -- if you use the question tab above, the entire network will have access & you'll get a quicker response. If there is anything I can do, just holler. Treatment for me had some ups and downs but was definitely nothing I couldn't surmount -- I know you can, too. I'm glad you found us but sorry for the circumstances that led you here. WIshing you all the best!0June 2013
