Hey bandit---If anyone starts lecturing and pestering me about my "Apple Tummy" I tell that cancer rulres- what good is a beautiful shape if I don't survive cancer. If it keeps up I go whining to my Radiology oncologist- He's such a great person. He told me that he'd talk to the jerk.

That didn't work at all-so my rad-onc filed charges and the jerk lost his medical license for several reasons---Didn't hurt my feelings any

banditwalker - I noticed that we are the same age, stage and battle, ER + and PR +. Mine first diagnosed 1996; took my first chemo last year due to recurrence in lymph node deep under right arm behind collar bone. I am experiencing insomnia lately and a really good appetite for tasty food. Hope you are all healed and spreading sunshine. Hope we can stay in touch.

I responded to the question about COPD and melanoma without noticing who was asking the question. I am so very sorry to see that your husband has been diagnosed with cancer.

I was at a conference a few weeks ago. They said immunotherapy is effective in 80 or 90% of melanoma cases. I sure hope there will be a cure for your husband.
