Hi there..We are close to your beautiful state..only 12 miles from Erwin..Thank you taking the time to leave a note..I guess I am amazed at the random strikes of this disease no matter the stage of health, age, etc..I know everyone responds differently and many factors affect treatment and outcome..We are stacking the deck as much as we can and living one beautiful day at a time..Best of luck to you as well..0March 2015

Thank you for the feedback on my question. It is true that milkshakes and sweets feel addiciting. The more we eat, the more we crave them. Part of it is our biology and part of it is the snack food scientists designing them that way. Darn them!
Are there any ideas or steps you've taken which have helped you break those habits or build healthier ones for eating?0March 2015 -
Do you have a Wes working for you? He sent me an opportunity and havent heard from him again. I hope I didnt get scammed.0March 2015

Hello Greg, I believe you are treated at Vanderbilt? I just moved to TN and am looking for a sarcoma center and Vanderbilt is the only choice. I'd like to know what you think about Vanderbilt cancer center in general? Do you know of anyone at Vanderbilt that could answer my questions about their sarcoma center?0March 2015

Gregg, still cannot add "Comment." Whenever click, nothing happens and did send "help" messages previously with no response. All other click's do work, only "Comment." My comment this time was in answer to your question today, perhaps you can transfer and also have web master help resolve this problem. Thank you.
The comment to your question today I tried to send was: "As most have pointed out, as the time comes for the next 6 month CT and/or three month oncologist check-up with its blood test, especially the CEA count or a colonoscopy, weeks before I do begin to worry and have self-doubts on a good outcome (NED). Then of course, anytime there is any change in bowel habits/function, I fear something is amiss and again worry "is there a return causing this change.". In fact, I am going through a new bowl pattern now and thought it might be caused by adhesions, but based on my symptoms my doctor said it wasn't. It has now been three years since completed treatment and I am convinced my feelings and hidden fears will never change. Gregg, everyone of us will be praying and thinking of you and expecting only good news, especially after all you have been through. Keep the faith."0March 2015 -

How have you been doing lately? Is the fainting thing under control with the change in your dosages of meds? It's seems like it takes vigilance to keep the body in balance.0February 2015

Hi Greg: I posted the following question, and @ejourneys and @banditwalker responded saying they would be willing to share their email addresses through you.... Do you represent a support group? Please let me know how I can get in touch with more women experiencing & surviving breast cancer, Thank you... This was my post
Dear Fellow Survivors, Patients, and Care Givers:
I am doing a research study in honor of my sister who is a breast cancer survivor, and my aunt and grandmother who have passed on.
I am a graduate student studying Breast Cancer and It's relationship to diet and quality of life. I know when my sister was diagnosed, she immediately contacted a nutritionist to help change her diet (because she was ER+ PR+) I am wondering if others have changed their diets after diagnosis as well. And if those diets increased or decreased their energy.
My study consists of 2 surveys: one Diet questionnaire and one Quality of Life questionnaire. I am looking for women who currently have a BC diagnosis or are breast cancer survivors. The requirement is to simply fill out the two surveys.
If anyone is willing to participate in my research study I would greatly appreciate it. Please email or post response, and I will reach out to you with specifics. Thank you for your time. God bless you.0February 2015 -
Hi Greg, I went to a site to order an Anal Cancer Survivor bracelet ( the silicone band type) and it was almost as expensive as buying hundred, so I did! Then they gave me a hundred free! So, what am I going to do with 200? I am hoping that there might be a way here to give them to all of us here who have survived, whether in treatment or remission. Can you think of any way to do this? I was thinking about posting a photo when they arrive and letting others let me know how to send, but not sure they can. I especially want to give to several people here who have been so helpful to me. Thanks!0February 2015
