Lord, today I acknowledge that you are the King of kings and the Lord of Lords. I know that you are still in the business of healing your people and that you are not only willing but you are able to heal me of Cancer and to make me whole. So today, I ask for your healing power and I shall certainly not forget to give you all the praise and all the glory. Thank you for hearing this prayer in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.

Sidney12, I saw your comment about the man in your life. I was with my boyfriend for less than 1 1/2 years at my dx, & that month was when he asked me to move in. It wasn't easy for him but he has been my rock. It has changed but strengthened our relationship. I love him even more now & appreciate everything he has done for me. A few of my friends have sent him cards as well, thanking him for being by my side during all of this.
Allow him to help and support you through all if this & find humor in the little things. You will get through it.0August 2013 -
Sidney , I saw where you wanted to know how to prevent mouth sores . I just rinsed my mouth with Biotene three to four times a day. The flavor was too strong for me so I diluted it , but it still worked. Hope this helps. Hugs0August 2013

Hi, Sidney12. Your diagnosis is quite similar to mine, 14 years ago. I had A/C chemo, though no Taxol. I'm writing to say that I found the A/C very doable. Even back then, the nausea was well-controlled with meds. I was able to go about my daily life without much interruption, although I never felt wonderful. Now the meds are even more effective. I joined a support group based in my treatment hospital and found that very helpful. Everyone's response to chemo is different, of course, but I did want to reply to your posts. Best of luck to you.0August 2013
