Hi. I'm 2C. Just finished 6 chemos. Dr said he thought outside radiation do more harm than good. This last round has left me so tired and depressed. Weather so cold. Fear of return of cancer has me stopped in my shoes. Hope Spring helps attitude .0February 2014

I have been on several kinds of antibiotics for about 4 months. First oral and then iv everyday and back to oral. The cellulitis reacts about 2 weeks after chemo. The nodules are in my lungs and are different sizes, They counted 14 and now the small ones are gone. I hope the PET/CT scan shows the larger ones are gone too. I don't understand why they make you wait for treatment. My Dr. has been on top of my care. Esther0December 2013

Retiredcat,
Wishing you a belated Christmas. Life with cancer is one day at a time. During chemo, I had to take it one minute at a time. I made it through surgery, chemo and ext. Rads. None of it easy. I finished rads the week.before thanksgiving. Currently taking daily B12 shots. I am.beginning to get my strength back. My son said during Xmas dinner that it was good to see my animation coming back. I had three very busy days so spent much of yesterday resting for about four hours. I am not a ball of fire and still suffer with diarrhea. I am scheduled to return to work the end of January..while I cannot wait I am not sure I will be strong enough or that the diarrhea will stay at bay. I work in a large building that is part of a complex. The bathroom is a bit of a hike from my office. Scares me.
Hang in there. You are not along, but we are alive.

There are also subtypes listed on this page to narrow down the type of cancer to match your dx.
Also, if you can take a few minutes and fill in some details of your journey so far, it will help others as they try to answer questions for you, it also helps others as they search through the data base to find someone like themselves. Confirming your email will allow you to receive updates and notices from the site when someone answers your questions or writes on your wall.
