I too started on Tamoxifen the first of January and had many bad side effects and stopped taking it after 3 weeks...just wondering what your plan now is? Other drugs or natural supplements, dietary route? I am unsure...onco wants to do blood work in early February and then come up with a new plan...pretty sure it will be include meds...0January 2014

your question doesn't have a live link-I tried to give my opinion last night and this morning. I had 2 doctors that wanted me to go on the circuit-one for me to show what older military wives can do-- and other that you can live with RSD if you don't use painkillers, -this was by a pain clinic. I haven't been back to a pain clinic since 2002 I liked the attention that I got from my students-especially the athletes-I taught HS math. I loved the attention that I got from others that ran from phlebologists, others in the gym, AF police that asked about some of my lifts, and they started doing them, my students-especially the jocks. It's a rush-a high. When I went into oncology- the doctors asked what I did to maintain muscle tone at this age. Weight lifting.
I'm not insecure, I don't cave in under peer pressure-but these others do Now to see if this will be posted0January 2014 -
This post has a link-that one does not have a link I was a body builder, I have my weight bench. These people are insecure, bow to pressure and are obsessed.0January 2014

Hi, I hope that you have a great year. The waiting is horrible, but it's better than being in treatment. Is that your cat?0January 2014

I saw your remark about skinny jeans. i gained weight during radiation. Tried to lose weight. I decided to give my skinny pants away. if you give something away- you'll need it in less than a year. I hope that works-I really do-- and congratulations on your controlled weight loss--0October 2013

A prayer for healing
God, hear my prayer,
And let my cry come to You.
Do not hide from me in the day of my distress.Turn to me and speedily answer my prayer.
Eternal God, Source of healing,
Out of my distress I call upon You.
Help me sense Your presence
At this difficult time.
Grant me patience when the hours are heavy;
In hurt or disappointment give me courage.
Keep me trustful in Your love.
Give me strength for today, and hope for tomorrow.
To your loving hands I commit my spirit
When asleep and when awake. You are with me; I shall not fear.
