    Dear Djy;
    I hope you are doing better with the treatment. As I help my sister during her treatment I continue to read and post. She is aware I am on line and I share information with her. I was wondering if you are ever offered a trial. If others on this site can comment regarding trials I would appreciate it. Do you do chemo and then radiation? I am glad you had energy during the day!!!!

    Dear djy;
    I am hoping to connect with you to see how you are doing? How long have you been getting treatment and how are you doing with it? My sister just started treatment with the same and finding fatigue to be a problem. I am thinking of you.

    Hi djy,
    I just joined this site a few days ago. I was diagnosed with stage 1 uterine cancer in March but it was also found in one of my pelvic lymph nodes so I am going to begin chemo within next week or so, to be followed by radiation. I hope you are handling your treatments as best as you are able and would appreciate any of your insight as what to expect. I am thinking of you and sending healing thoughts!

    Hi djy,
    I have the same diagnosis as you. I had stage one and a hysterectomy in 2012 and was told there was a 95% chance I wouldn't have any more problems. Surprise! Last Nov, only 1 1/2 years later, I had to have surgery because it spread to my bladder and bowel. I just finished chemo and did ok until the end. They lowered the last dose to 80% because of the neuropathy in my hands and feet. I meet with the Dr on Monday and the Surgeon on Tuesday. I think they will want to talk about radiation, but they will have to do some convincing at this point. This is a tough diagnosis, but I remain positive because of some of the other members of this site. They are survivors, and we can be too! I wear a bracelet that says "Expect Miracles", ...and I do. Best of luck to you.

    Hi DJY. Welcome to What Next. There are lots of great people. If you have any questions, please use the question tab above -- that way the entire network will have access & you'll get a quicker response. I was also diagnosed w/stage IV endometrial cancer -- I was lucky that mine went to the layer of fat over my abdominal organs & that could be removed. Completed chemo in Jan 2013. I'm glad you found us but sorry for the circumstances that led you here. Wishing you all the best.
