Body pain would start 2days after chemo, Neulasta shot day after chemo added to it. Breakthrough is when pain overwhelms what you normally would take. I have stress fractures in my back so the constant meds, oxycodone would give boost. They say if you let pain takeover harder to control. In past I've had shots in back to control (the one people died from few years ago) and shots in knees for lack of cartilage.0February 2014

Have spinal stenosis, osteoporosis. So started chemo with bone issues. Other than that health pretty good (or was) . Internist handling pain medication. I take a lite morphine and had oxycodone for breakthrough pain. Pain was big issue, couldn't eat, sleep, drink. But for this felt handled chemo pretty good.0February 2014

More--iron low take FEC (Walgreen behind counter). B6 and B12. Very low on Vitamin D, take 5000 IU a day. Of course all of this with Oncologist suggestion and permission. He thinks possibly has help with blood levels through treatment0February 2014
