Hi YipYip, I am the Community Mgr for WhatNext. Any questions you have about how to do anything send them to me and I will be happy to help you with it.
As for Goodwill score, this is based on your activity on the site. The more questions you ask, the more questions you answer, the higher your score goes. Points are also given for completing your Diagnosis Journey, and adding experiences to your diagnosis so others can see what you have been through and what treatments you've had.
Your question stays on the questions page. If you ask a questions, it will slowly scroll down the page as others ask new questions, but you can find it by scrolling down the page until you find your question, then just click on the question and you will see the answers under it.
Welcome to the site and please let me know if I can help you!0May 2014 -
Welcome to the site. I've learned a lot from this community. I was also recently diagnosed (in March), am also 55, and am also a caregiver (for over a dozen years) to my partner, who has MS. We now think her MS goes back to 1982, but it was not definitively diagnosed until 2011. (Her main damage is in her prefrontal cortex so it "acts like traumatic brain injury," as a cognitive neuro put it.) In addition to here, I'm also active on #bcsm (breast cancer social media) on Twitter; they hold chats Monday nights at 9p ET. I also belong to a local BC support group (and have been paired up with a Reach to Recovery volunteer), plus my partner and I attend an MS support group. I wish you and Paul all the best. Much that I've learned as a caregiver is helping me deal with cancer, and living with cancer (currently on chemo) is giving me new levels of insight into caregiving.0May 2014

Is temporary home health care an option for you? Speaking with the coordinator of a local agency gave me much peace of mind. My partner can do her ADLs, but she has also engaged in irrational and at times dangerous behavior, so I wanted the option of a backup/buffer. Lack of psychological insight is part of her condition, but I told her that I might need someone to come in and help me (and -- unspoken -- help her by extension). Simply knowing I have a backup if it comes to that made a big difference for me. Wishing you peace wherever possible.0May 2014

Welcome to the site. I am sure that you will find this a friendly place to come when you need someone to talk to. We are all in the same boat when it comes to emotions and feelings about our health. Just know that no question is to silly to ask and if you need to vent because you are having a bad day, we are here for you. I hope you find this site as helpful to you as it has been for me.0May 2014

Hello and welcome, we are glad you found us.Please feel free to join in the conversations. Here is a link to our cancer dx page for your type of cancer. Take a look at it to get you started on some information. You will notice at the bottom of that page 4 of our active users who have had that journey already, you may wish to contact them for their experience and wisdom. Also, I encourage you to go to the questions page now by clicking on the questions tab at the top of the page and post what is the most pressing issue you have right now. This will introduce you to the community and get you started on the help you need right now.
https://www.whatnext.com/conditions/cancer/breast-cancer
There are also subtypes listed on this page to narrow down the type of cancer to match your dx.
Also, if you can take a few minutes and fill in some details of your journey so far, it will help others as they try to answer questions for you, it also helps others as they search through the data base to find someone like themselves. Confirming your email will allow you to receive updates and notices from the site when someone answers your questions or writes on your wall.
Thanks for being with us and let me know if I can help you find any information on the site. After you have an opportunity to look the site over and see what great things there are here, we encourage you to invite your friends, family or anyone you know that may be helped by the connections on WhatNext to join the site also.
