Thought I would butt in and tell you that UPSC means Uterine Papillary Serous Carsonoma. It can be any stage, but is the most aggressive rating they give cancer....grade C. Hope your journey goes well for you! Best Debra0June 2013

I notice you correspond with Sherrya. So do I. May I correspond with you? Age 62, same diagnosis and symptoms. Like you singing the HMO Blues until luck came my way, I got back to my doctors of 18 years. I have a wonderful surgeon, every reason for hope.0June 2013

Hi rmh, Thank you for the welcome. I see you have had surgery and are already receiving chemo and radiation after just being diagnosed 4 months ago. Things have moved fast for you, I wish that was the same for me. It will be about five months from first signs to surgery, I think that is to long a wait for an aggressive cancer (Uterine Papillary Serous Carcinoma, Grade 3) . Hope all is going well with your treatments.0June 2013

Hi there, just saw your post, found it really interesting since I am currently receiving external radiation, but will need the fun and ever popular internal radiation, then chemo for a grand finale. It's nice to know the radiologist was so nice. Never dreamed they had to measure! Just when I think I cannot get more embarrassed! Hang in there. Glad you will be going back to a job where you have a support system.0May 2013

I noticed you are quite young to have uterine cancer. I was 52 when I was diagnosed with the same but with clear cells, six years ago.I wanted to send good wishes your way and offer any info so if you have questions please don't hesitate. I completed the "my journey" section so I am out there for whomever to read. I'm new to the site so finding my way around. All the best and I have five years cancer free so I have learned anything is possible :-)0March 2013

Hello and welcome, we are glad you found us. Here is a link to our cancer dx page for your type of cancer. Take a look at it to get you started on some information. You will notice at the bottom of that page 4 of our active users who have had that journey already, you may wish to contact them for their experience and wisdom. Also, any questions you may have just post them in the questions tab and everyone will see them there and be able to help you.
https://www.whatnext.com/conditions/cancer/endometrial-uterine-cancer
There are also subtypes listed on this page to narrow down the type of cancer to match your dx.
Also, if you can take a few minutes and fill in some details of your journey so far, it will help others as they try to answer questions for you, it also helps others as they search through the data base to find someone like themselves. Confirming your email will allow you to receive updates and notices from the site when someone answers your questions or writes on your wall.
Thanks for being with us and let me know if I can help you find any information on the site. After you have an opportunity to look the site over and see what great things there are here, we encourage you to invite your friends, family or anyone you know that may be helped by the connections on WhatNext to join the site also. rmh, so sorry you have to go through this journey, but glad you have found this site. You will find a lot of caring people here. I am fairly newly diagnosed with Endometrioid Adenocarcinoma. Be good to yourself after surgery. Follow doctor orders and don't try to do too much too soon. I'll be thinking about you this week.0March 2013

Hello, rmh, and welcome. Looks like we share a similar diagnosis. I am 11 months post chemo and 8 months post radiation for stage III of uterine sarcoma. This is a great site that offers support from caring people who have been there, so feel free to share and ask questions. God bless you along your journey.0March 2013
