    Hi TaraMac;

Your last update was a while ago.

    How are you doing?

In reading your profile, I noticed you said you were having trouble keeping food down. I hope that is in the past. If it isn't and you need a hand, I can help you with that. I know a fair amount about food ... best wishes for a return to good health in this new year

    Re; Dearest friend,

My name is Nanthana Chansithipongse, I want to donate part of what I have to
the needy through. You could be surprised why I picked you. But someone has
to do it. I have been diagonalized with Breast and Blood disease which has
defiled all forms of medical treatment and I have been told by my doctor
that my days are numbered on earth.

I have been touched to donate from what I have made from this World to
charity through you for the good work of humanity, rather than allow my
relatives to use my hard earned funds inappropriately after my death. Please
email me favourmicheal24@ymail.com with your contact information such as Your Full Names, Address,
Direct Telephone number and direct email address so I can tell you what you
need to do and also give you more details about my intentions.

    Best Regards.
    Mrs Nanthana Chansithipongse

Hello and welcome, we are glad you found us. Please feel free to join in the conversations. Here is a link to our cancer dx page for your type of cancer. Take a look at it to get you started on some information. You will notice at the bottom of that page 4 of our active users who have had that journey already, you may wish to contact them for their experience and wisdom. Also, I encourage you to go to the questions page now by clicking on the questions tab at the top of the page and post what is the most pressing issue you have right now. This will introduce you to the community and get you started on the help you need right now.

    https://www.whatnext.com/conditions/cancer/colorectal-colon-cancer

There are also subtypes listed on this page to narrow down the type of cancer to match your dx.

You may also find our "Beginner's Guide To Cancer" page helpful Click Here for that=> http://bit.ly/10BQKCi

Also, if you can take a few minutes and fill in some details of your journey so far, it will help others as they try to answer questions for you, it also helps others as they search through the data base to find someone like themselves. Confirming your email will allow you to receive updates and notices from the site when someone answers your questions or writes on your wall.

Thanks for being with us and let me know if I can help you find any information on the site. After you have an opportunity to look the site over and see what great things there are here, we encourage you to invite your friends, family or anyone you know that may be helped by the connections on WhatNext to join the site also. Just click this link to invite them to join. http://www.whatnext.com/recruit-a-friend

    HI TaraMac,

Welcome to What Next. I'm glad you found us, but so very sorry you have to be here. It sounds as though the beginning of your journey is very similar to mine. I remember being totally blindsided...there's no cancer in my family. I am sure your head is spinning right now cause they are throwing so much information at you. The best thing you can do right now is to ask questions,,,there are folks here that will be happy to try to answer them from their own experience, When you go to the doctor, try to take someone with you to help retain the info they give you, cause you won't remember all of it . The internet can be a valuable resource, but be careful.....there is a lot of old or otherwise distressing information out there, and you can make yourself crazy. And a lot of the statistics are old...they have some newer treatment for colorectal cancer that is really improving the survival rates. And better surgical techniques as well. When I was diagnosed, my surgeon told me "You are going to have a bad year." and he was just about spot on. Because you are so young, they will be aggressive...you only want to go through this once. This will not be a easy time, but it is totally manageable. You are going to have a lot of ups & downs...but take each day as it comes. You are fortunate already, as you have been diagnosed,..some folks don't have any symptoms until its way too late, so keep that thought in mind as your start working your way through the process. You can do this! And we'll be here to help you. :)

Welcome TaraMac. I'm sorry for the circumstances that led you on this journey, but glad you found your way here. There are caring people at WhatNext who are happy to answer any questions you may have, listen to you when you need to vent, offer support and encouragement…whatever you need. Since you just got your diagnosis recently, your emotions are probably still in overload. It's a lot to suddenly take in. Be gentle to yourself during this time. We're here for you.
