Thanks Tallgrass ! That helps. I'm not very good on the computer but I'm getting there. It was nice of you to reply. My husband and I moved to NY state about a year ago from Fl. to be close to my daughter after my surgery. I see you are in Fl. I don't know where you are but we were in the Naples area on the west coast. I miss it there sooo much.I'll take the heat anyday over these cold, cold winters. Altough I would rather be cold near my daughter than warm without her. Actually, i'm very grateful to be anywhere ! I hope you're feeling well today. Take good care, Zoe

Thanks for your response to my question about TRAM flap reconstruction. It's helpful to hear from somebody who has had the same thing. I'm sorry it was so miserable for you. I'm not sure I want to put myself through it and on both sides at once. Thanks for helping with the decision! Best of luck to you in your treatments.

    Don't you give up!!!!!
You have been through a great deal already and I am really saddened to hear that this battle is not over for you. You are young and there is always hope. Get a 2nd opinion, keep reaching out, lean into the good and the strong and stay away from the dark and fear.

I would seek a second opinion on treatment possibilities if you are not satisfied where you are. Inspire is a site for advanced breast cancer, those gals are experts on dealing with all aspects. I am so sorry you are having this endless trauma in your young life.

Do not buy into anybody telling you that you will soon die! Only God knows. Treat everyday as a gift and go to bed expecting to get up in the morning . Can you get in a cancer support group so you won't be so alone? You need people around you to give you hope and support. Stay strong , stay positive. Hugs and prayers.

Hello and welcome, we are glad you found us. Here is a link to our cancer dx page for your type of cancer. Take a look at it to get you started on some information. You will notice at the bottom of that page 4 of our active users who have had that journey already, you may wish to contact them for their experience and wisdom. Also, any questions you may have just post them in the questions tab and everyone will see them there and be able to help you.

    https://www.whatnext.com/conditions/cancer/breast-cancer

There are also subtypes listed on this page to narrow down the type of cancer to match your dx.

You may also find our "Beginner's Guide To Cancer" page helpful Click Here for that=> http://bit.ly/10BQKCi

Also, if you can take a few minutes and fill in some details of your journey so far, it will help others as they try to answer questions for you, it also helps others as they search through the data base to find someone like themselves. Confirming your email will allow you to receive updates and notices from the site when someone answers your questions or writes on your wall.

Thanks for being with us and let me know if I can help you find any information on the site. After you have an opportunity to look the site over and see what great things there are here, we encourage you to invite your friends, family or anyone you know that may be helped by the connections on WhatNext to join the site also. Just click this link to invite them to join. http://www.whatnext.com/recruit-a-friend
