Peroll you do a lot of research. What are your thoughts on Cannibis oil? Have you had the chance to watch run from the cure
A documentary on conventional and alternative medicine. I plan to watch after getting back ffrom work today. I just some times wonder are these people just seeking desperate folks attention is there merit to the claim of how medicinal Cannibis oil works. I want to live for as long as I can Peroll as I am sure you do too.

Peroll, how are you doing? I had to start chemo again I had two weeks off but must return next week for the 5 day treatment. Will you share with me? What does your diet consist of and what else besides water do you drink? I am so tired of water water water.

Checking to see how you are doing. Are you currently in treatment or has the demon given you a break to get rest from treatment appointments. I was declared NED on Dec, 19th but as of last scan it is back in the lymph nodes. I know that is what has lit up the scan, doc wants to do needle nosed biopsy on nodes to be sure it isn't something else. I go in on Thursday for that and then see doc on Monday. He already has me scheduled for chemo, so I believe he already knows what report from biopsy will be.

Peroll, You have been living with colon cancer for 9 years! God Bless you. My teenage daughter has been diagnosed with colon cancer one year ago, spread to her lungs. What types of treatment are you getting? My daughter was on zeloda and avisten and did not work. They are changing her treatment to avisten and Iren....???spelling. Have you been on Chemo all this time? Thanks.

Dear friend Peroll, I imagine how much you miss your dead Lucy and how sad you must be in this time of the year that by itself is so overwhelming .....Please take care of yourself and focus on the great number of beautiful moments you both shared....she is in peace by the side of God and is looking for you.....she is now an angel in heaven as she was an angel in your life throughout these years....I cried when I saw your message about the paw prints as I miss my first dog ( Rottweiler) so much till nowadays......I wish you a Merry Christmas and wish that God, Santa Teresa de Los Andes, the archangels, the angels and all saints be among yours to listen to your wishes and to concrete all of them in 2014.....count on me and I wish you a 2014 full of health, happiness and piece...Be strong....she is OK....I know.....God continue blessing all of us

Peroll, it has been awhile since I have been on the site. I know your fight has been going on for some time now. I am ready to keep fighting also. Do you have any information on anal cancer that may have now gone to liver? what chemo or trials are going on for such a case. Any info would be so greatly appreciated. I hope you are feeling as good as you can feel today.

Hi Peroll ! Thanks for your post. Yes, I am doing very well and I am very grateful. The 2 nodules on my right lung were positive,but I really expected that, since the PET showed activity. Probably the left nodule is too since it also was active on the PET. They don't know yet if it's a new cancer or it is from the pancreas. I will find out the next step at my follow up appt. on Oct. 9th. You were right about the chest tube not being that bad,but dragging that machine around isn't fun (and not very attractive !!! ) I'll post my results when I get them. Actually,not knowing the results yet is kind of good, it's like " enjoy the quiet time now because all hell might break loose on the 9th ! " I hope you are well Peroll,I think of you often. BTW...good call on the earplugs they really helped and I'm glad I brouhgt them. Stay well, Zoe

Yes you did Peroll ! I know it's very good news and I do thank God that it is even possible to have surgery. I think my problem is my mind goes right to "OMG it spreading !!!" Also , I"m so scared of this surgery because they have to collapse the lung and that sounds horrible. I'll get through it I know, but I just want it to be over. I'm glad you said there are other ways the other nodule can be treated without surgery. Thanks for your reply, I'll try to have a good weekend and I'll let you know how I made out as soon as I am able to. Thanks you guys ! Nice of you to reply. I should have started to call on Tuesday but didn't want to be a pain in the ass. Now I know. I think you're right, if it would affect the surgery,he would have called. I will call tomorrow as you said Queen ,and let him know I want my results because I have a right to know !
I wish you both luck and hope you get an answer very soon. What the hell did we do before all this cancer stuff started ? !!! We must have had a lot of time on our hands. I wish you both the best Please give Lucy, Harley and Bear a hug and an extra treat for me.

Thanks for your reply Peroll.I didn't realize that other things could light up,I thought it was only cancer. Now I won't panic if there are other spots. So happy to hear it's not an injection,not that I like IV !

Thanks for getting back to me, Peroll. I feel a little better about the chest tube because you always tell the truth.So glad you said it dosen't hurt. Hi Peroll...thats very funny that you said that about your wife's conversations on ambien !!!
It's so true. I have heard so many stories about what people do who take it.In fact,if you google funny stories and ambien you'll get a good laugh.
I think that is the reason they are recommending a lower dosage,too many crazy things happening.
There is even an "ambien defense" now. I have never had any of that because I make sure I'm in bed before I take it. I will admit that I did have one funny thing happen.I ordered a $400. vacuum cleaner from QVC ! I don't even shop on QVC !
I guess I went and got my credit card and placed the order and I didn't remember any of it. Thank God they let me return it. After that the tv is off and I'm in bed before I take it.
It's too bad that you can't find a sleep aid that works for you. It would make such a difference in your life. Especially going through what we go through, we deserve a little help.
