Hi Charla, I've not begun treatment either. Surgery was supposed to be yesterday, but it was cancelled. Still waiting to hear from the doc as to why. I was diagnosed in mid-February with grade 3 andenocarcinoma, which what I read from the ACS site, has a good chance of being at least a stage III. Only time...and surgery...will tell. Can we get on with it already? I'm expecting to undergo both chemo and radiation...then I can be prepared for it, or excited if it's not needed.

Good luck with your treatment. The staff at the cancer center have been very nice to me. Being there daily you do.develop a relationship with them. Not sure if you had chemo too, but radiation has been easier for me. None of this is a picnic, but I am getting through it. I get through the treatment daily by counting the zaps. I also check off each day at completion. If all goes well, I should be done the week.before thanksgiving so I should have much to be grateful for.this year. Keep me posted on how you do. Sending warm hugs,

Hello and welcome, we are glad you found us. Please feel free to join in the conversations. Here is a link to our cancer dx page for your type of cancer. Take a look at it to get you started on some information. You will notice at the bottom of that page 4 of our active users who have had that journey already, you may wish to contact them for their experience and wisdom. Also, I encourage you to go to the questions page now by clicking on the questions tab at the top of the page and post what is the most pressing issue you have right now. This will introduce you to the community and get you started on the help you need right now.
